About this home

Exceptionally restored and historically designated, this exceptional Old Spanish Mediterranean Revival residence offers the rare opportunity to experience a true piece of Coral Gables history. Originally designed by renowned architect H. George Fink, a member of George Merrick’s original design team, this architectural gem seamlessly blends timeless character with the comfort and quality of an entirely modernized home. Thoughtfully restored from top to bottom, virtually everything is new, including the roof, plumbing, electrical systems, interior walls, bathrooms, impact-resistant casement windows and doors, underground utilities, and custom kitchen cabinetry. The stunning designer kitchen is appointed with GE Café appliances, complemented by elegant 48” x 48” porcelain tile flooring throughout. A welcoming foyer opens to an expansive, light-filled floor plan, where the living and dining areas flow beautifully into the breathtaking kitchen—creating an ideal setting for both everyday living and entertaining. The main residence features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, highlighted by a grand primary suite with a comfortable sitting area and private en-suite bath. Adding exceptional versatility and value, a separate detached one-bedroom cottage provides the perfect space for guests, a home office, or additional private living quarters.
